He joins NBCUniversal from Time Warner Inc., where he had recently served as Vice President and Assistant Controller. At Time Warner, Cohen was responsible for accounting and reporting matters for all business segments. Cohens professional experience includes nearly a decade as an accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in the media industry. He also served for two years as a Securities and Exchange Commission Professional Accounting Fellow for the Division of Corporate Finance. A recognized leader on financial aspects of the Media and Entertainment industry, Cohen has been a keynote speaker at various accounting conferences.

Toronto: Anchor Bay Acquires Thriller Remake 13
